• USPS does tend to have delays thus we highly suggest utilizing UPS if you need it by a certain date and giving yourself a few days buffer just in case. Shipping time frames vary depending on your location. Once you checkout, it will show you how long each shipping option is according to your address.
• Orders will be shipped according to the product with the longest production time period. If you need certain items sooner, please place seperate orders. 

Customization Details:

• Certain monograms require 2 or 3 characters - see font guide above.
• Please enter the letters for the monogram, initial(s), or name in the EXACT order that you want them to appear.
• Each product will have a max width that can be embroidered - longer names will be scaled down to fit accordingly. We will reach out should a name or phrase be too long.
